Best way to install Windows on Mac?

I currently bought a Macbook pro. I am a engineer so i need to use programs such as CAD and inventor which are not supported on mac. What do you suggest is the best way to install windows on my mac and get the best performance with the least trouble. I dont care about price. My top 2 choices are Bootcamp and parallels.
