Can a house fly larvae hatch in your intestines?

Hi, ok so today i ate some dumplings from a container that had a lid on it. then all of a sudden i saw a fly in there. i dont know how long the fly has been there and so there is a possibility that the fly laid eggs in the piece i ate. is it possible for the eggs to hatch in intestines? or are there any other health problems i could have gotten from ingesting food that has had a fly land on it?
