I watch to much help!!!?

Help ok so it all started when i was reading this book and it said this guy was lookin at this lady *** den i started gettin the carve to watch so i did den i next day i watched it again which is weird cause when i waatch it once i dotn watch it like again until like a year so i kept goin den i would get horny den start rubbish my den after i do that den i get bored den x out and say i not going to do it no more den i did and again and again and den yeresday after i watched it i took a marker and was about to put it down there but stoped myself when i say this white thing down tehre but it was tissue lool deni bath now today i jsut watched and made myself not touch down tehre but i wnat to stop im ****** tired i try to stop myself but its so ****** hard Help me
