How can McSame promise Prosperity when he has admitted that he doesn't know anything about economics?

The same way FLIP-FLOP BARACK promises Change and doesn't know anything about leadership.....oh wait he was a community leader, and a state senator who only knew how to vote 'PRESENT'.
