Highest Calorie Foods?

Any breakfast cereal, if you eat more than the recommended serving size. Pasta, peanut er, chocolate nut spread, cheeses (especially cheddar), er margarine, chocolate, whole wheat breads, guacamole (or just avocado in general), yogurt, pure fruit juice, bananas, cashews, olive oil (which is pure fat), lard, white meat chicken, bacon, salmon, and beef. There you go, 20 high calorie foods that are affordable and are healthy in moderation.
