No, I don't think the forearm is a good place for your tattoo. Put it somewhere that you can hide with normal seasonal clothing, not a place that needs to be hidden with long sleeves in the summer. Maybe try it as a temporary tattoo for awhile and see where it looks good on you and works out best for you.
