I'm sorry to be a downer here because I know how happy and excited I was to find out I was pregnant but there's no sure bet here that you are pregnant. Yes, the symptoms that you are having can be attributed to pregnancy, but without a missed period or positive pregnancy test there's really no way to know for sure. The only thing you can do is wait and take a test. You should wait until the day your period is due that way your body will have had plenty of time to be producing hcg if you are in fact pregnant and you'll get an accurate result.
