Do you support offshore oil drilling? If so, why?

Yes, I'm a supporter of it. The left-wingers believe it should stop because "it only benefits the corporations" and will destroy the environment, but how many major oil spills have there been in the past decade? Plus, the oil rigs promote jobs. If we stop offshore oil drilling, hundreds of thousands of workers lose their jobs and the unemployment rate will skyrocket. Last time I checked, BO's "goal" was to decrease unemployment, yet he wants to close down the oil rigs? Hmmmm....
