Why are black people treated like they have a disability, are handicapped?

Some white people are treated like they have a disability as well. Everybody has some form of disability. Everybody deserves equal treatment but certain people, not a group, are treated of a higher authority than others. From what you are saying in your additional comment makes it sound like either you don't care or its sarcastic or you make a group seem subsided more than others so you must think middle wing in political terms.
