Score of 730, 15 months held on credit card, how do i get a loan?

I'm 20 years old, I have had my credit card for 15 months, i don't have pay stubs to show i've worked, my credit score is 730. I tried to get a loan for $1,500 i have $500 in my savings account. For some reason, every where i go i cannot get the loan! They say that i don't have enough credit history and that i need a co-signer. The only problem with that is i don't have a co-signer... My laptop blew up and i need a new one! How do i get the loan? any ideas?
