In the movie Thirteen (2003)...?

why did Evie sell tracy out out at the end? what did Tracy do to Evie that made them not be friends anymore? How come at the end evie was like the innocent one when she was the one that got tracy into all that bad stuff in the first place? and also did Evie like tracy. Because she like was always touching her and kissing her and stuff.
