I have a Sony Vaio PCV-RX760 desktop computer, and need help with wiring the motherboard.?

I am only using the motherboard from the Vaio, and I have aftermarket tower, PSU, SATA HD with IDE adapter, and AGP video card. I have all of the power plugs configured. The original tower had blade type connectors for the power and reset switch, and then for USB and firewire ports. The aftermarket tower has single connectors (several wires in a single harness but not connected in a blade). I can't seem to find a VAIO moterboard wiring diagram. I appreciate any help with this, as this is my first attempt at rebuilding a desktop.
