I have a question for police?

I live in franklin county, ohio. I got a ticket friday from a oshp trooper for not wearing my seatbelt (had my lap belt on but no shoulder belt). My question is if I don't pay my ticket and fail to show for court an arrest warrent will be put out for me. To what extent will police go to to arrest me? Will they show up at my house? My work? Flag my state drivers lisence? Show up when I try to cash my paycheck? Also what jailtime/fine would I face?
