How can I learn to play piano well?

I'm learning Sonata Pathetique 1st movement (Beethoven). I difficult to relax my wrist and play fp, sf, and ff, especially in allegro molto. There are so many octaves in right hand, but my hand is small, so it is rather difficult to me to play octave in a row. Can you help me please?
