Does anyone know anything about worms or parasites in your blood?

I did a blood smear and looked at it on my microscope and found a crazy looking worm-like image in the smear. I thought it might be some debris that was floating through the air, so I did another smear. That one also had a similar worm-like image in it. So, I started to panic and did 2 more smears. Both of them also had similar worm-like images in them. My blood cells were all around these worm-like creatures. I'm freaking out because it looks like I have worms in my blood. Does anyone know anything about this, experienced parasites in their blood, or know if there is a way to kill them. I went to the CDC website and my images match an image on their website of something called a helminth. HELP!
