Christians do you believe that an 'evil entity' makes ppl believe in evil entities?

Well, during the time of the Inquisition, the same thing happened. There were witch-hunts. These happen when ignorance are not prevented from mixing with faith. This does not happen in other places where Christianity is strong. So it is not objective to say, that faith is to be blamed. Maybe, before embracing Christianity, they did not discard their other pagan mentality. It could happen when superstition and lack of learning become coated with superficial spirituality.
